J. Psiharis & Associates, Inc is a loosely affiliated group of business and non-profit professionals who have achieved success in their respective fields and are available to serve our clients within that framework. Our aim is to offer outstanding service and support to our clients based on years of experience gleaned from leadership roles in businesses and organizations.  We offer one time, per project and on-going services to a variety of organizations and businesses.

How Do I Become a Client?

The first step is to contact J. Psiharis & Associates, Inc to discuss your needs or project. We will gather the necessary information and suggest a course of action. Depending on your needs a consultant or even a team of consultants will work with you until the project is completed.

How Does Your No Obligation Consultation Work?

JPA will be happy to schedule a no-obligation consultation with you to discuss your needs in detail. These consultations are available in-person (Chicagoland area only) or by phone. A $50.00 per hour consultation fee will apply. Should you choose to utilize our services, your payment will be applied to your first invoice with J. Psiharis & Associcates.

What if My Needs Do Not Fit Into Any of These Categories?

Projects seldom fall into specific categories and that is not a problem. We are happy to customize our services to meet your unique needs and budget. As a "one stop shop" for both non-profits and businesses, our team can help in a broad number of areas including some that are not mentioned here.

What Are Your Rates?

We recognize that each client has their own unique needs, budget and time-line so JPA will prepare a customized proposal for your review and consideration. Based on your needs the proposal will be submitted at either an hourly rate or a per project basis. Contract/retainer rates are available. JPA offers a discounted rate to not-for-profits. Incurred project expenses are reimbursed at actual cost.

How Do I Pay For My Services?

JPA requests a deposit prior to service initiation. Based on the scope and length of the project, the deposit will be applied to your last invoice with JPA.

JPA accepts checks, cash, money orders and through Pay Pal the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. JPA also accepts Safe Pay Escrow for Guru.com clients. You may make a payment on-line (the link is on our Make-a-Payment

page), or send your payment to our office. Please make checks payable to J. Psiharis & Associates, Inc.

Do You Work on a Contingency or Commission Basis?

Unfortunately, JPA does not work on a contingency or commission basis. As professionals, our team members do their best on every job and as professionals they are paid for their efforts. In the non-profit arena, many funders consider such arrangements to be unethical. Further, despite our best efforts to assist you, seeking funding is a competitive and challenging process with many factors coming into play that are beyond the scope of JPA's involvement in the project. Thus no guarantees either explicit or implicit can be made as to the success or outcome of the project. We will however do our best to prepare a convincing and complete proposal.

What are the Advantages of Using JPA?

There are significant benefits to using JPA. The knowledge, wisdom and experience of our seasoned professionals is quite unique. We can make that project happen when you just never quite have the time to focus on it. We can help you to meet the deadline you just cannot meet or deal with an unexpected funding opportunity with little turn around time.

How Are Your Services Provided?

At this time our in-person services are limited to the Chicago area. However, we serve clients located throughout the nation and beyond through on-line communications as well as by phone, fax and traditional mail.

How Does the Translation Service Work?

JPA can help organizations, businesses and individuals in need of a translator for documents, brochures, marketing materials, websites, etc. At this time the service is focused on English, Spanish and Bosnian translations. In the coming months JPA will expand this service to include additional languages. Simply complete the request form and if possible submit with the items(s) to be translated. JPA will send a price estimate to you. Upon acceptance and the payment of the specified deposits, we will commence work.
